El Taco Loco

I stopped by El Taco Loco food truck late tonight and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. What really stood out to me was their 11-year-old son working the window—he was absolutely phenomenal. So mature, polite, and customer-oriented. He took my order with confidence, repeated it back to make sure it was correct, and handled the interaction like a true professional. You can tell he’s learning from the best from both his mother and father and it’s clear he’s made for the business. You just don’t see kids like that these days. It was honestly inspiring and made the food taste even better knowing it came from a place that values family, hard work, and pride in what they do. Always a late night favorite and tonight made me enjoy them just that much

El Taco Loco has been in town Since the 90s. They food quality has been consistent. One can say they are food truck famous in the Walla Walla Valley as one of the pioneers in the area. I tend to stick with a burrito, tacos, and every now and then a torta. What set them apart is their unique seasoning and salsa. Their red salsa is processed with pan cooked peppers, that process gives it a unique flavor. The tortillas are are warmed up in the same area as the meat adding a rich flavor at every bite. If you are in town to visit or are a local that has not tried El Taco Loco, I highly recommend them.

Look I’m from Western WA but these are some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. The cheek meat might have been the best bite of my life. Get the yellow corn tortillas. This is a stop you will think about with fondness and want to go back to.

El taco loco, Was greeted with great customer service. I ordered a torta, burrito and some FML tacos. All the food was great. The FML tacos were fabulous the cheese blend on them were delicious . Also didn't have to wait long to get out food. Definitely going back soon.

If you want tacos late night, for lunch, for dinner this is the spot ! Service is great, wait time isnt bad. They have seating, easy parking an lights for the evenings.

Best tacos the wife and I have had in town in a long time. Wife got 3 regular tacos, I got 4 FML tacos, and two sides of rice. She is picky on tacos being dry or only giving one piece of lime for your whole plate, not here. Meat was moist, my grilled onions were excellent, and they gave a lime wedge for each taco. Rice had good flavor, and I topped it with some of the generous taco toppings. Will definitely be going back. Sorry no photos, I was hungry and smashed it before I thought about it. Highly recommend.
